On March 18, 2025, Megan S. Murray will be moderating a seminar focusing on random audits of family law firms. This seminar will focus on the practices all family law firms should be following to ensure compliance with New Jersey business account and trust account standards. The seminar will also discuss important rules of ethics for family law attorneys to understand in connection with running their own practices. The seminar will take place virtually on March 18th as part of a day-long Spring educational program.
